Andrew Pungot is a Filipino comic artist, illustrator and caricaturist from New Jersey.
He studied at Drew University with a major in Studio Art and a minor in Creative Writing. He also worked for the student newspaper, The Acorn, drawing editorial cartoons and a weekly comic strip.
After graduating with a BFA in 2012, he began graduate school that same year at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) to study comics. He graduated in May 2015 with an MFA in Sequential Art. His work has appeared in multiple independent comic anthologies.
Andrew also draws live caricatures in New Jersey and the tri-state area. He’s been a member of the International Society of Caricature Artists (ISCA) since 2019, and participated in the organization’s annual conferences and competitions held across the United States. His awards from these conferences include:

When Andrew’s not drawing, he likes to play adventure games and tabletop RPGs, watch football and read comics (especially ones on the Internet).
